company culture! What You’ll Do: Perform precision wood planing and
milling to meet custom project specifications. Operate woodworking
equipment and tools safely and effectively. Inspect and measure
materials to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe shop environment. Work collaboratively with
team members to meet production deadlines. Handle and move
materials, occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs. What You Bring:
Previous experience in woodworking, millwork, or a custom woodshop
environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
quality. Ability to safely operate woodworking machinery. Reliable,
team-oriented, and proactive mindset. Excellent problem-solving
skills and ability to follow technical instructions. Physical
ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5pm, and
