The ideal candidate will have real estate experience helping agents from listing to close. Responsibilities:

Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates
Build and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
Perform administrative tasks such as participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, speaking with customers, answering phones, taking minutes, etc
Oversee all aspects of the agents' business administration duties so agents can focus on listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and lead generation
Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on listing and transaction management
Recruit, hire, and train all ongoing and future administrative hires
--- Will work closely with the Chief Operation Officer and Team Leader to implement systems for the team

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications
Possess or currently working toward a real estate license
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills
Willing to work some evenings and weekends
--- Must be a team player and self-motivated
--- Marketing background is a plus
--- Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram and Social Media
--- Positive attitude
--- Learning-based
--- Strong computer skills and not afraid of technology
--- GSuite: email, calendar, Google Drive
--- Openness to learning new programs
--- Knowledge of Follow-up Boss CRM is a huge plus
