Job DescriptionTellers, Former Bankers, Relationship Bankers – No Nights/No Weekends!!!Do you love customer service and providing solutions that make sense? Do you have banking experience? Would you like to work with consumers and corporate customers opening accounts and providing sound financial advice?Potomac, MD branch of a strong and quickly growing community bank has several new opportunities for a Relationship Banker to work full-time. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm – NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS! The management is outgoing and friendly.The Banker will create great relationships with the customers and recommend appropriate solutions for commercial and consumer customers, including opening all types of accounts. You will be trained on all bank products. The Senior Banker will be responsible to:

• Acts as an expert and trusted resource for all products and services including online & mobile banking
• Develops and deepens customer relationships by demonstrating ownership and resolving customer needs
• Identifies and cross-sells products and services based on customer needs
• Follow compliance rules and regulations Ideal Senior Banker
  • 1+ years of banking or credit union experience as a Teller, CSR, Relationship Banker, former Banker, etc.
