Responsibilities
Our professionals help our clients in the CFO community transform
their business processes, improve internal controls, improve
operational effectiveness, increase transparency and performance
management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The
nature of our projects is extremely dynamic and requires
self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop innovative
solutions independently or in a team of highly skilled
professionals. - Project members are provided the opportunity to
interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the
opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical
competency, business development, client service and people
development.
Qualifications
Required:--- US Citizenship is contractually required ---- The
ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is contractually
required ---- Minimum Years of Experience: 1--- Minimum Degree
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,
Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology --- Proven ability
to assess opportunities for organizational process improvements,
translate into functional and technical requirements, and execute
on requirements to drive strategic change within organizations.---
Contributes to the design of creative solutions to address complex
client problems, analyzes the pros and cons of solution
alternatives, and provides recommendations to maximize client
impact.--- Demonstrates aptitude to learning technology platforms
using no-code and low-code software applications (e.g. Tableau,
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate),
Microsoft Dynamics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SharePoint,
Excel, ServiceNow) to drive strategic change for clients.---
Demonstrates strong project management skills using an agile
methodology.--- Participate within a team environment, be a
creative problem solver, maintain a positive attitude, and
proactively communicate. Enjoys learning new business processes
within the finance community, showing an understanding of client
objectives and core financial management attributes. ---
Willingness to learn and drive business development activities and
internal firm initiatives.Knowledge Preferred: --- Experience
developing and delivering solutions using market leading business
process improvement technology platforms and data analytics
platforms.
