SupportBrief Summary of Job Duties - Supporting systems,
applications, and processes; defining business requirements by
designing, developing, coding, testing, implementing programs,
workflows, and reports to accommodate business practices; utilizing
request, problem and issue tracking software; code writing
proficiency in database and web applications; conducting
self-studies, classroom trainings and working with other Enterprise
Services Support Staff; developing and modifying programs, scripts,
reports and job streams based specifications developed with end
user input; maintaining the ERP Software including but not limited
to patch management, trouble shooting and trouble ticket management
and performing other duties as assigned.Requested Minimum
Qualifications - The successful candidate must have achieved a
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Science, or a related field from an accredited college or
university with a minimum of four (4) years of related work
experience.Other Preferences for Consideration - The preferred
candidate must have knowledge of software development such as
Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL) and JAVA applications; excellent oral,
written, organizational, and decision-making skills; ability to
manage multiple projects priorities in a high demand environment;
ability to form and build effective client relationships.
Experience in using a Business Intelligence tool such as SAP,
Business Objects, Tableau, etc. and familiarity with Argos.Posting
