is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing support to the team of sales representatives and ensuring
that they are properly trained to negotiate and convert over the
phone opportunities into jobs Responsibilities: Ensure all calls
are answered using the appropriate scripts and within defined time
frames. Qualify and disqualify service calls and sales leads. Enter
all qualified service calls and opportunities into the appropriate
piece of software. Obtain COI and other supplementary paperwork as
required to facilitate the ratification of contracts. Maintain the
automated e-mail proposal follow up process. Maintain the PM
contract/Renewal database including entering all PM contracts and
renewing PM contracts according to company policy. Work with the
Head of Sales & Marketing to determine all metrics/KPI’s for the
commercial sales representatives. Assist the sales team in
negotiating and closing leads as directed. Meet periodically to
review and assess the KPI’s vs. actual performance. Evaluate all
representatives job performance on a periodic basis as per company
policy. Provide leadership, guidance and direction to all sales
representatives. Provide sales reports on a periodic basis. Attend
meetings on a periodic basis as required by the Head of Sales &
Marketing. Interpret and complying with all company policies and
procedures. Approving all time cards and P.T.O requests for sales
representatives & contract coordinator in accordance with
department needs, company policies and procedures. Participate in
the investigation and solution of customer complaints as necessary.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 7 years of
experience in inside sales - Strong leadership and communication
skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If
