commission Job Type: Part-Time About HOTWORX HOTWORX is a 24-hour
infrared fitness studio that combines virtual instructor-led
workouts with infrared sauna technology to deliver efficient,
results-driven training. We are expanding into Fort Washington and
building a high-performance team focused on service,
accountability, and growth. This is a sales-driven role with strong
earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate new membership
sales Conduct studio tours and convert prospects into members
Follow up with leads and trial guests Sell retail products Educate
members on workouts and infrared sauna benefits Support retention
through relationship building Assist with opening, closing, and
maintaining studio standards Participate in marketing and local
outreach efforts Compensation and Earning Potential $15 per hour
base pay Uncapped commission on membership sales Additional retail
commission High performers can significantly increase their

schedules are assigned by studio management and may include

skills Professional, reliable, and coachable CPR, AED, and First
