Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a dynamic leader in professional IT services
specializing in advanced AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and
cloud services, seeks an experienced Sales Director to oversee and
expand our National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) accounts. This
strategic position will focus on enhancing Vantor’s presence within
the defense and aerospace sectors, leveraging our technological
capabilities to meet the sophisticated needs of NRO. The ideal
candidate will bring a robust background in sales coupled with a
deep understanding of the defense and aerospace industries to drive
growth, maintain strategic customer relationships, and achieve
revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to
expand Vantor’s presence and business within the NRO sector. Lead,
mentor, and expand the sales team responsible for the NRO accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to
tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of NRO clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the defense
and aerospace markets, adjusting strategies as needed. Manage
high-level negotiations with senior-level defense and aerospace
clients, ensuring alignment with both client and company’s
strategic goals. Achieve revenue targets for the NRO account
portfolio, preparing detailed reports on sales outcomes and
forecasted goals. Demonstrated track record in sales and business
development within the defense and aerospace industry. Strong
leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficient in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite. Able to interpret complex contracts and
agreements. 401k MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree preferred.
Professional certification in sales or business development is
advantageous.
