BCBAs don't leave. Your Role As a BCBA with Golden Touch ABA in
Baltimore, you will: - Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP,
ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans -
Design and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to each
client's needs - Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and
RBTs, ensuring fidelity to treatment programs - Collaborate with
families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams - Use data-driven
decision making to monitor client progress and adjust programming -
Maintain clinical documentation that meets BACB and insurance
standards What We're Looking For - Education: Master's degree in
ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field -
Certification: Active BCBA certification (required) - Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Maryland -
Experience: ABA experience preferred — newly certified BCBAs are
welcome to apply - Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and
organizational skills - Transportation: Reliable transportation
