Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Catonsville, MD. The counselor will provide high-quality mental health services, including counseling individuals, families, and groups to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic support, and maintaining appropriate case documentation. This role allows for a balance between in-person sessions and work-from-home options to best meet client needs and ensure flexibility. Qualifications Strong skills in Counseling, Family Therapy, and case conceptualization Proficiency in areas such as Mental Health and Psychology Experience in Case Management and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions Effective communication and active listening abilities Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) designation required or equivalent state licensure Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations
