Job Description:

role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact
through leadership and operational excellence: Leadership &
Operations: Lead a dedicated team of educators to ensure a thriving
school culture, operational excellence, and strong staff
performance. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while
modeling our core values and commitment to children’s success.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with state
licensing standards and maintain high-quality program delivery.
Community & Growth: Drive enrollment growth and foster meaningful
partnerships with families and the community. Educational
Excellence & Collaboration: Contribute to the ongoing development
of educational best practices in collaboration with other great
preschool leaders. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in
early childhood education, educational leadership, business
administration, or related field preferred OR combination of
equivalent experience and education. Minimum 2 years of experience
in education administration, operational leadership, or business
management in an early childhood setting. Appropriate
state-required licensing credentials to confidently lead a
childcare or preschool center. Knowledge of state licensing
regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best
practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the
community. Ability to inspire with a track record of developing and
growing educators in an early education environment. Why Spring
