Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric OR Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,266 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Peds OR RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20010! Job Title: Pediatric Operating Room Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: 2 years of Pediatric OR experience License: DC License is required Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: - No background checks or license hits - Valid state license required at the time of assignment Description: DC License is required. Must have 2 years of Pediatric OR experience. The shift consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with varying days off. There are no weekends or holidays required. Rotating days off occur usually every few weeks. Absolutely no background or license hits will be accepted; no exemptions are allowed. Pending licenses will be accepted for submission only if the following are provided: 1. Date of application sent 2. Application number or pending number The license must be issued prior to the start date. If offered with a pending license, the license must be issued before the start date. Submittals need to follow guidelines regarding candidate photos. The photo should be recent, facing forward, and taken in front of a plain background. Photos should be high resolution and color, without hats, sunglasses, or other individuals in the frame. Exceptions for head coverings for religious reasons can be made. Qualified candidates should have experience scrubbing for various pediatric surgeries. Experience is required in areas such as general pediatric surgery, orthopedic surgery, and specialty procedures. Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant surgical protocols and practices. This position may involve working with neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. A non-smoking environment is mandated with zero tolerance for violations.
